Vatican City, Zoomed 50000x

I remember when I used to be excited by grainy webcams in the 90s showing me everyday life. Now the quality of the cameras are much better, much more widespread, and there are fewer browser errors and server crashes. I never look at them anymore.

This isn’t a webcam, but it’s cool, and makes me feel a similar way. It’s a picture of the Vatican that you can zoom really far in. If I had seen this in 1996, I would have stared at it all day, Where’s Waldo style. But now it’s 2023 and this is just one of the 100 cool tabs I have open. Sorry, picture of the Vatican!
